Chest Infection....Again...

But it was worth it..

Went to a basketball game with Andrew and Justin and Mike H and our buddy Jason.  Lafayette verses American U.  Great Game.  Our team American U lost in overtime.

Before the game...Lafayette sits on top of hill above the town of Easton.  Everyone had the opportunity to make the climb up the hill.  Only Andrew and I got out of the van to do it.  We were dropped off at the bottom of the hill and walked up 195 steps in very cold 20 degree weather.  The time for bonding was well worth the price of any illness I may carry for the next several weeks.  It was that valuable a climb and time spent with my youngest son.  I will post pictures when I get them developed.  We all had the opportunity to make the climb...and only Andrew and I were willing to get out of the van to do it....  Mike made the analogy of Peter being the only apostle that got out of the boat with Jesus...  We don't know unless we try.

So...try getting out of the boat.  Expand your horizons.

Yeah...I did.  I got sick.  But it was worth it.

I can't be bothered with anything recently. Today was a complete loss. My life's been completely boring , but I guess it doesn't bother me.
