I had a phone call from Nick tonight! Apparently he likes where he is at in Virginia. I am quite happy and a portion of my burden has been lifted. God answers all of my prayers. A portion of the good news is that the food is Virginia much better than Brisbane. Nick really likes what they are serving him. He thought the food at Brisbane was garbage and it was not a secret that it really was below standards. Edible and nutritous...but nothing to write home about. The children at Brisbane were treated to the same food that penitentiary inmates eat in New Jersey. Which I always thought was not right.
Nick sounded very happy and it makes my heart leap with Joy and I celebrate together with the Spirit of God.
We had a great service today. Bill preached a great sermon on the lillies of the field and an application to Job... I had certain administration tasks to do during the meeting but I knew the text he was using to apply was perfect for the subject matter:Hurricane Katrina and its Victims. I am hopeful that a message about Katrina was preached from every pulpit across America. I am grateful for the Love of God and I pray that he be Glorified throughout this event of 2005.
