Lately I have noticed.....that the three kids, Alexis, Andrew and Justin get along well. My new marriage could be a horror story if the kids did not get along. However, they get along superbly. They still have their quarrels and there are times that they are at each other's throat, but these times are far and few between. Matter of fact, I have noticed that if Sue or I get involved in an argument it escalates worse and lasts longer. It is better to just let arguments take their course and the bad and ill behavior passes quickly.
My bowling team has really been struggling lately. No help from me, I just cannot seem to make a spare. All the people that I bowl with make it a fun experience, so losing sometimes is not so bad. I have a friend that would greatly disagree with me, this person hates to lose. Me...most of the time I am indifferent. We finished in first place last year and have a double digit lead currently this year. We could lost every game for two weeks and still finish first. However, having been in the bowling industry for 12 years, I have witnessed large leads lost. This would absolutely make my bowling life miserable if we placed second. It is kind of like the Yankees losing to the Red Sox in seven games...having already won three in a row. Greatest sports choke ever.
