Prayer Is the Primary Work of the People of God
It the goal of SonRise Community Church to become a prayer saturated church . We desire to place prayer at the very heart of our life as a congregation. Some of the ways that we are trying to accomplish this are as a follows.
- Corporate Prayer Gatherings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday evening of the month.
- Quarterly Church Wide 24 Hours of Prayer and Concert of Prayer.
- Prayer Teams ministering to those in need as part of corporate worship.
- Prayer Training focusing on Intercessory Prayer, Healing Prayer and Deliverance Prayer offered several times a year.
- Pastoral participation in the Ocean County Pastor's Prayer Fellowship.
